We are located at 10A Exeter Road, right beside the Somerset Skate Park and Somerset MRT Station.

We do not have a carpark space to promote going car-lite! TRIFECTA is accessible by public transport, both train and buses just right outside our doorstep. If you are driving, you may head to the nearby malls such as 111 Somerset, 313@Somerset or Orchard Gateway for parking.

Furry friends are allowed in Trifecta in open areas! Pets are not allowed into indoor areas such as retail, restaurant and the snow arena. Please ensure that your furry friends are leashed and accompanied at all times.

The minimum age, height and weight requirements to use the machines are as follows:

Surf: 8 years old and above, at least 1.2M in height and 30KG in weight

Snow: 5 years old and above, at least 1.2M in height

Skate: 5 years old and above.

We reserve the right to deny entry if these age requirements are not met. To create an account or make purchases, you must be at least 15 years old. Individuals under 18 years old will need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver form before booking or attending any sessions.

We do not have a maximum age, but we recommend that anyone above 60 years old be in good physical health and condition in order to use the machines. We reserve the right to turn you away if we deem it to be dangerous for you.

Entry into TRIFECTA is FREE for all! You do not need to get a pass or membership to check out the action, eat, drink or hang out, even in the arenas! However, if you’d like to get a ride on the machines, tickets and memberships will be required.

TRIFECTA has a mix of sheltered and indoor spaces! In the event of rain or lightning risk, all areas will continue operating, except for the skate bowl. There is also sheltered pedestrian access from Somerset Road into TRIFECTA.

All single passes, credit packs and season passes sold are non-refundable and final. Please choose wisely before purchasing a pass of your choice!

Exchanges or switching are not allowed. Please select the pass that will suit you the best!

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours in advance, class credits will be refunded back to your TRIFECTA account. This includes drop-in bookings.

For Single Session holders: Class credits will be refunded back to your TRIFECTA account to book another session. No cash refund will be made.

We are open daily from 8AM to 11PM, with the last session starting at 10 PM.

For children under 15 years old, we will require parents to create an account, then proceed to add your child into your profile under ‘Family Account’. Kids under 15 years old will not be allowed to sign up or make pass purchases on their own. All parents/ legal guardians need to sign a waiver form on behalf of the child before booking the first session. Parents or legal guardians need to be present for all sessions.

We advise you to not purchase 2 credit packs at a go, as the activation period will apply to both starting from the date of purchase. In the event that you are unable to use up the first credit pack before the next pack is activated, we are unable to adjust the validity period.

All credit packs and season passes will be activated from the date of purchase, and the respective validity periods will kick in accordingly with no grants of extensions.

Credit packs and season passes purchased between 28 October 2023 to 19 November 2023 will be activated from the date of your first booking or 1 December 2023, whichever comes first.

Only Season Passes can be frozen according to the following:

All classes and open sessions are one hour long, with the exception of the 45-minute Surf Intro Class.

Standard gear and equipment are complimentary!

SURF: Swimwear, towel and toiletries for showering. For the ladies, we recommend a one-piece swimsuit or a top and boardshorts.

You may book a slot up to 14 days in advance.

Due to capacity limits and the safety & enjoyment of all customers, we will not be able to add more slots to sold out sessions. Please kindly book the next available session.

Standard item rentals are free of charge, but rental fees apply for our performance and premium range. To rent premium boards, please approach our Arena Crew at the counters for assistance!

Yes, you may use your own boards at our Surf, Snow and Skate Arenas!

Yes, we offer board storage! You can choose from storage periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. To sign up, simply approach the Arena Crew at the counters for assistance!

In order to book out a session, you will need to have sufficient credits to do so. We only allow bookings of up to 10 people per session. If you require bookings for up to 12 people on the surf machine, please contact us at hello@trifectasingapore.com or head to the ticketing counter for assistance.

Yes, all attendees will need a valid account with a signed waiver form in order to check in and proceed with the session. Kindly ensure that everyone has an account before making a booking, and all waiver forms are to be acknowledged and signed. TRIFECTA reserves the right to cancel for any delay of the start of your session due to invalid accounts or unsigned waiver forms.

Yes, we require 1 parent/guardian to be present for the safety briefing before the start of each session, and to be around at all times during the session. TRIFECTA and its representatives will not be responsible for any injuries during the absence of a parent/guardian before and after the session, or in the event of a lost child.
